Horchata

There are many recipes for the sweet rice drink horchata (the word horchata is said to derive from a pleased Aztec prince whose response to tasting it was: "It's gold, sweetheart!"). Make it in a blender and strain it before drinking or storing. If you store it, shake it before drinking as the contents will settle.
